On Monday 12 December, all of London woke up to a beautiful snow covered Winter Wonderland which is a very rare and rather magical occurrence!
This beautiful happening heralded our first Christmas Party in three years (!) and we were so happy to welcome a great gathering of our mentors, partner charities and friends, who all made it through the snow to attend. Plus we were simply over the moon that our very special guest Kanya King CBE - internationally renowned entrepreneur and founder of the MOBO (Music of Black Origin) Awards - joined us and was ‘in conversation with Jania’, rounding off a truly inspirational and magical evening.
We thoroughly enjoyed being inspired by Kanya, who answered some very insightful questions from our mentors; a great discussion was had by all. By 9.30pm the party ended with a Christmas Cracker Off - a truly perfect ending to any Christmas Party.
As always a big thank you to the Singh family who so generously donate their beautiful May Fair hotel to Madrinha and also to their amazing team.
It leaves us to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
